After several visits I allow myself to share my opinion with you. The staff are rude at first, but unfortunately this is not just a first impression. The sense of customer service is unfortunately absent from this agency, when you come to collect a package or make a banking transaction you will have the heavy impression of disturbing the staff who are in principle present to discuss the good weather. Discussion that you will have to interrupt if you want to be served. In short, I will now at all costs avoid this post office which does not give the best image of this company ...

Would it be possible for parcels, registered mail and others to return to this post office after a calling card? The carnation alley sorting center can only be used as many things in France for people who do not work. You have a delivery notice the week you can pick up your package, recommended only in the morning. This Saturday the incumbent is not there, the factors are not authorized to serve a customer ... You have to come back on Monday, but since you are working it is impossible to find. A few years ago it was so much better when the office in the square was open for this sort of thing. Plus the staff are so much nicer.

Useless. Agency advisers apparently have no power to act. Which forces us to go online for an equally disappointing result. Even though postal banking is one of the cheapest, you will have a lot more to lose by trusting them. Catastrophic processing times, recurring errors, to be avoided!
