I went to get my package, the person I ran into was barking to speak, the voucher specified 'available after 11 a.m.' it was 11:40 a.m., '' my colleague is not here yet, have to come back tomorrow '', no polite phrase or to smile, and give orders to request documents `` identity card '' etc
