Amazing I have never seen this .. The post office at 5 p.m. sharp is closed, I finish work at 4.30 p.m. in Arras, I leave Arras at 4.35 p.m., I arrive at 5:03 p.m. and there ... impossible to enter !! I have I have a package to pick up, I don't know what to do knowing that I start work at 8 a.m. Frankly bravo customer service is really deplorable !!! But when I see the note you have ... it doesn't surprise me.

If friendliness was a place, it wouldn't be this one. Terrible service. We speak to you badly, barely polite ... If you don't like your job, give it to others who will do it with a smile.

The post office should move to another building with a larger car park, because often all the places are taken. To talk about the service, I do not have any particular worries, except when one of my parcels is lost or not delivered by the postman, while I am present at my place. The lady who handles the parcels is super nice, polite.

Zero for a so-called public service !!! Victim of a traffic accident that destroyed my outdoor mailbox ... asked me to take a postal address while my lessor gave me a new one ... all so as not to lose 2 minutes to come knocked on my door despite I don't have mail every day 👎👎👎👎

Maintenance of the dab at 4.30 p.m. no identical service inside the post office (history) for employees more concerned with the closure (it was 4.45 p.m.) than serving the customer
