Hello, my name is little Vincent, i have been at the post office for years, i never had any problem but we moved to henin, and frankly it is a pain to go there, on 11/14 i had to deposit a check, man and the woman are disagreeable they would be high time that they redo customer relationship courses, I know that with the health crisis it was not obvious but it is the last straw ...... I understand that some person goes crazy with this kind of staff and then they will come and cry that they are being verbally attacked or hit !! in any case, the less I am there, the better I am. Glad to have been able to leave this feeling on this page

Despite the negative reviews I had no other choice but to go there (the only establishment near my work which is still open) and indeed, rude staff. I am paid a cash salary, and because my change is not on roll then no, I cannot put that money into my account. In all the establishments where I went, the staff took the time to take "loose change" but over there, it is unthinkable!

The counselor Ms. Duez is a finished incompetent, she receives you more than 30 minutes late. It does not transmit the information in due time, result buying a house goes through my nose. I have been a client for 30 years and I can assure you that my accounts will go elsewhere soon. Madam, do not allow yourself to complain to your customers any more that your employer does not give you a bonus, at the sight of your efficiency it is amply deserved!

Rather pleasant staff. It's pretty well dealing with the coronavirus problem. We have hydroalcolic gel coming out of there. No worries in this post. A little far from my home but it's a pleasure to go there 👍
