Very poor organization in this store and unfriendly sales assistants If you want to wait 1 hour at the cash desk for 1 item then you have come to the right address! Otherwise go your way ...

I will no longer go to Lievin. After a long time of waiting due to distancing, the saleswoman very available and pleasant to listen. Arrival at the cash desk, the very unpleasant person when I ask for gift wrapping, gives me 2 ordinary bags to offer my Christmas shopping. I ask her if she has any samples; she throws one in the bag without a look. I just wanted to leave everything and go somewhere else .... In Bruay the saleswomen are much more pleasant

The saleswoman or manager who seeks more to make turnover instead of listening and recommending your needs and your wallet !!! yes madam all women want to make themselves beautiful but not all the same budget ... in my case it is not my case I spend without counting on branded makeup and I know the products well so we Will not sell me anything ... they judge you or look down on you because today you are in pajama mode and the saleswoman thinks that you are a bad customer who will not buy anything and who just wants to be or respo perfume .. .MDR .... WHAT A MISTAKE LADIES REVIEW YOUR WAY OF PROCEEDING !!! disappointed several times ... I prefer and I recommend going to nocibé Lens where the saleswomen are passionate about good advice, take their time it's very pleasant a superb teams.

Rather cold welcome, no time to respond to inquiries. The saleswoman was too busy unpacking her parcels which should not be lying around in the middle of the store, risk of accidents.
