1st appointment for eyebrow waxing, given that the reviews were excellent. Hair removal with a band, personally I had never seen that except for the legs. I did not have a moisturizer, I left with very red and puffy skin, it remained in this state until the next morning. In addition, the hairs started to grow back the week after waxing :( Very disappointing experience.
