Inadmissible, the mail delivered 3 weeks late, the postman who leaves transit notices without even ringing, the packages that are put in relay point for no reason and at the other end of town. In a month I had more problems with the post than in 19 years. If you are unable to hire competent people to do your job you should consider letting others do it.

Hello, it's been more than a year that I made complaints to 3631 and on the internet has No parcels received and marked as delivered by the post of FOURCHON intended for the Camargue village 13200 Arles, and the last 2 parcels made by the complaint of 2 parcels concerning 5 large items that cannot be put in the letterbox, is it Normal that the post office marks that the parcel as if it had been delivered and I have not received anything with several complaints ?

On the internet it is marked that it is open on Saturday, but when you arrive there, it is noted that it is closed on Saturday. Isn't there a problem somewhere?

1 - On April 27, I receive in my box a calling card for a parcel, while confined, I am at home where it turns out that there is a doorbell ... therefore unused. 2 - On the notice, it is indicated that the package is to be picked up at Poste Fourchon. 3 - The next day, wearing my mask, I will "collect" my package. Waiting 45 minutes for the attendants, including a lady with a cigarette (not lit it is true, but focused on the break). No packages. 4 - We take my contact details and I am told that I will be called back. Hmm? Balance sheet: 1 - I still have the impression that there is a problem with the classification of parcels at Poste Fourchon. An attendant stared at random on the shelves. 2 - During this confinement period, the isolation must be able to be softened by packages and consignments. This should be the role of this public service in times of crisis. 3 - So, I give La Poste Fourchon a very bad rating and I will take back this opinion if I receive the package.

If Swiss Post is unable to manage the basic public postal service, it would be better to simply cease this activity. I want to understand that a priority reception for companies is set up, but at that time it would be necessary that the person at the counter works and does not spend his time telling his life. I arrived there was a person in front of me, by dint of blabla 10 "pros" returned. I had to wait half an hour to see people pass in front of me as they arrived, and then lose my "place" to pick up my son and I finally had to come back for a poor recommended who it only took a minute to find it. You have to either work or leave room for a little more active people ... We, the public, are also used to very expensive services. The registered letters that we come to collect have been paid for by our senders. When we add to that the parcels and registered letters not distributed, leaving a notice and simple letters which often have several days, even weeks of delay ... You may not have to knock on my door too much for the calendars this year ....
