Post Office

Catastrophic internal organization with regard to parcel delivery. Please leave a transit advice note to find out which collection point the parcel has been sent to. Please keep track of your deliveries so as not to declare it lost so that one month later it is reshipped because nobody came to pick it up.

I don't know all the people who work in this establishment personally, but when I went there I never had a problem. I make it a point of honor to thank David and Marie Lou who are exceptional employees, so I ask you for a promotion for these two!

Staff (not everyone) really not welcoming at all. Don't even look into your eyes, turn your back and speak with others during the discussion. Smile? Do not know

The people at the counter in Chateaubriant are really nice. Too bad their efforts are tainted very strongly by the banking party ... Banking advisors are actually not good advice, including pseudo estate advisors ... Worse still, some treat customers in a haughty, contemptuous, even arrogant way. Definitively The postal "Bank" is not a bank ...

Twice (November 2018 and yesterday), we forced a package into my mailbox. They were completely damaged and in addition, the mechanism of my mailbox took a hit. Obviously, when you block the package in it when it is larger than the box, it gets stuck. Lack of professionalism on the part of certain factors and respect besides being silly. I had already specified that I didn't mind having a calling card. Especially given the time that the person had to put in to get the package in, it would have taken him less time to fill out a calling card.
