Post Office

If I could have put no stars, I would have! Yet I looked for the positive but ... everything is BAD! Home Services rendered Schedules (completely inappropriate) The staff Waiting But how is it possible in 2020 to be so incompetent? But above all, how can we tolerate that because these problems have persisted for years, have been brought to light and yet nothing has changed!

05/11/2020 I went to drop a mail in the outside mailbox, it was packed, I think that the mail has not been collected for 1 maybe even 2 weeks (I admit that with confinement that doesn't help matters but it's the first time since I've lived in Le Pecq that I've been faced with such a situation 😳😳😳.

Very good service and staff attentive to users. I find it important to comment when the service is good and not just when something is wrong!

The staff have no politeness and allow themselves to treat people as nothing less than shameful. They sold me a tracking envelope and these did not even deduct the stamp it is downright from theft in addition to being rude I do not understand why they are still not fired ... If I could I wouldn't even put 1 star 😤

What are these schedules that do not suit any worker! It's made for retirees! 9:30 am 12 and 2:15 pm 5:30 pm must take an RTT to retrieve a mail ?! The most unpleasant welcome from the aggressive lady in the morning and the casual young lady in the afternoon who allows himself to close the post office and be absent without even leaving a note on the door for the clients and the cleaning lady who are waiting for dehor. If you don't want to be there, leave your place to those looking for work
