Very well organized office with friendly and professional staff. It is rare enough in the region to be reported. Well done to the office teams.

Superb organization of the center, the staff are very friendly and are at your entire disposal if you have any questions. Too bad all agencies are not like this one!

Very unpleasant and dry staff, we ask for a piece of adhesive to close a tiny package of 20cm that we send for more than 20 euros, we answer you curtly that I have to manage and that the post office has no 'adhesive. The employees who manage the queue are very unprofessional and incompetent, they treat us like cattle. You ask for advice to be guided when sending your package, you are told that the machines are there for that. In short, the post is getting worse and worse. Automated machines are more efficient and more polished than employees. They all really deserve to be replaced by machines, although I am not a big fan of service automation.
