I wanted to put zero. The staff sucks: they do not serve you on purpose, they are lazy and in depression and it feels. I do not receive my parcels, and when I receive them they are damaged. And the lady at the counter who handles parcels ... A real calamity, incompetence itself. When will be done to improve this service oh so deplorable? A unanimous opinion of the population moreover, so REACT!
