Needed to collect a parcel. As usual no card left & it was me chasing the parcel through the shop I bought from that I discovered it was there. Staff were rude and difficult to deal with

I didn't even know it was possible to be so mediocre! On 2 occasions I went to this Post office the first it was closed when it should be open ... no word, nothing! A second time in the morning opening hour. After 20 minutes late opening I gave up! I do not understand that people can be so incompetent.
