Post Office

Inconvenient opening hours - opens after most people have left for work, closes before they come home. And then closed for at least 2 hours for lunch! Only saving grace is that they are open Saturday morning. Staff used to be particularly unhelpful but new people have raised the standard.

A calamity, a plague ... Waiting, approximate customer service, erroneous information (schedules of the mail Carrieres unknown), seizure of a mail guard with a month in excess! The post office wastes endless time and it's up to the user to row for ridiculous service. Sometimes also, the agency is randomly closed for computer updates! Professionalism at the height of clownishness!

Very nice home. Package delivery not collected by the "mailbox collection" service. The agent was pleasant, quick and efficient.

Terrible staff who did not understand that their role is a service. Send everyone to the machines rather than serve them. Having not found my package for lack of an input error on their part, explains to me that it is up to me to call to find out where it is !!!!!! Once admitted the possibility that there is an error ... They found my package at home. Sic!
