Hello, I arrive at the post office at 5:25 p.m. the security guard refused to let me pass on the pretext that it is closed. Knowing that behind luis the times indicated is closing at 5.30pm. I am very disappointed with your service knowing that I am a customer at your bank and I plan to change your brand for many reasons. cordially

You come to pick up a package it's open on the site and no day of dispute it's closed ... Your claims are fine but we don't care when it impacts our travel and wasted time, ashamed

When things go badly we complain ... but it is also important to congratulate people when the service improves. And this is really the case: welcome and especially a real professional support if necessary. Well done ! Except that ... once we arrive at the door (we are 3 customers) a nice A4 sheet tells us that "the office is exceptionally closed". Be serious....

It's always like that on their site they say they are open and finally it is closed ... Thank you post for making us waste our time ...
