Bureau de poste

Very rude staff, customer is never a king in France but especially at this office of LA POSTE!!! Today I went to this central post office at CSP, opened the door to the office and I started to be yelled at 'CLOSE THE DOOR, WE ARE CLOSED!' Well the door is open and walked in, it was maybe 12.01pm at that point. I was basically chased out like some wild animal. It is so awful to feel like I did something really wrong there :( :( :( I'm wondering if these so called professional receive a training for how to treat customer badly??? I wish LA POSTE would take any of the negative comments seriously one day... Dream on...

Since I live in Carrières-sous-Poissy I have almost only problems with distribution. This is not the first time that I have not received a delivery notice and that I discover that my package has arrived or the address is incorrectly entered. I had no notification, nothing and my package went back to the sender in China! In the meantime I was made to run right to left to try to intercept it. Otherwise the service in the office is always pleasant. Fortunately...

Staff younger than in the majority of its agencies ... that may be why things are progressing a little faster than in general. friendly personal.

For my part it is at the distribution level ... 2 entries for the same number and despite a word on my neighbor's mailbox intended for the postman she ends up with our letters and parcels or vice versa ... he must stop reading the number and not take the time to read the names !!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Too bad there is no machine for making change and too bad the machine for buying stamps no longer takes cash.
