Really the Malians in the government it is without comment. Incompetent, useless and very far from professional. I made my card in 2010 received the form number ect to hear that they can not find my card. No doubt stealing for fraudulent purposes for IBK elections. I re-applied a year ago to receive my individual file stipulating false testimony although I have provided all the necessary documents, namely my French birth certificate and my identity document. This is why Africa and more precisely Mali is far behind the countries of the West. No organization, they don't know what they are doing and instead of bringing in competent people they are driven by family ties. Many of us have skills that could be very beneficial for the Malian administration, unfortunately this disorganization does not encourage us to take by and will prefer to work for French / European administrations which are much more organized. Mali will never move forward if it does not review its methods.
This service is a mess not possible.
Everything is poorly organized: from the staff to the machines.
If we want this service to work better, it would require automation of certain tasks, a major recruitment campaign and more serious staff.
The bondy nina card service is a real ordeal, on two occasions I found an arrogant, disrespectful, unprofessional security guard. A total shame, some security agents must not work at the consulate because they are disrespectful, not to listen and devalue the Mali image. We need a change otherwise it's really catastrophic
