Even 1 star I wouldn't put if I could !! Some of the staff are super nice and nice. But the others I think they are stuck in prehistory !! Mind blowing the lack of respect, we don't even talk about the organization, it's so badly managed !! Shame * 1000 to the serious manager even in the bled c better managed than that. Stand in line for 6-7-8am for the guy to talk like a dog to the hejja of a certain age. Instead of having people pass one neck in 15 minutes, that's it. No politeness. watching people to talk to them is too hard for them, not to mention throwing pens or paper. Treat people as less than nothing. I am ashamed for you. If you don't like your job changing instead of being poorly brought up there.

Hateful service! The staff is undrinkable! No politeness and no professionalism! Shameful to have such a mediocre consulate in France! Take the example of French administrative services!

To make a power of attorney, I made 5 round trips for 1 month without result .... finally I took a ticket for Morocco to sign my papers myself. I am really disappointed with the way we are treated by the employees of the consulate. We are humans first and foremost ... حسبنا الله و نعم الوكيل فيكم. الله ياخد فيكم الحق

CN renewal: 1-I contact the consulate for information on the documents to bring with me; Too bad for you Moroccans do not answer the phone. 2-I consult the website, oufff, save, I regroup the Photocopy and original docs. 3-I put an RTT to go to the consulate on D-day, when I arrive I am greeted by a security guard (lack of means, no administrative reception) this one tells me that I am missing documents in my file. gives a small piece of paper with an updated list of the documents brought, I answer him that the list of documents that I brought his on the website, he answers me the SITE IS NOT UP TO DATE, another Moroccan me responds that the site is not up to date for 4 years. Doesn't that shock anyone? Want MREs to invest their money in Morocco ??? Find the error.

Ineligible. I waited from the morning until 3:30 p.m. There was a guy who came at 3pm, he said he's from Mr. Hicham. the woman took her file outright to take care of it. So 3:20 p.m. he was already outside. Knowing that he did not take the number to wait his turn. My country is not doing well.
