Post Office

Two hours of waiting just to change an address and it's wrong. Now I'm not getting any letter for 3 months. Can't imagine to go back there and modify it at this time of lockdown.

I still haven't recovered from my visit yesterday. I paid to send a registered parcel and the postman did not give me a receipt. So I asked him for one and he said “here we are a bank not a supermarket.” Taken aback, I told him that the mailing and receiving service is still supposed to issue receipts as in every place where the We're selling. The employee couldn't think of anything better to tell me than "get out of the way, get the hell out of us." So I see how everyone is practicing the inability of your departments to do something simple properly. I am so shocked that I am going to close my savings account so that I don't have to deal with you anymore. It is irresponsibility at this level of incompetence.

I never receive my package, a piece of paper is dropped off that the package could not be delivered because I was not present. What a joke !!! Very poorly organized. Unfortunately I have to pick up the package from the post office. I went to the post office 4 times to open an A booklet. They don't take more than 5 people. They do not welcome properly.

So the service at this address is extremely poor. First of all, we are hardly ever delivered to our home when we pay for it, when we go there to collect it, it is a very slow and poorly organized staff who make you wait for nothing! There are still some correct employee.
