Nice service

My brother sent me a package to Milan and I did not still received my package and they keep showing me that the address is not correct, very disappointed.

I don't quite understand the notes for this post. The staff are pleasant and efficient, the premises are clean and well equipped with several machines which save a lot of time. Personally, it always goes quite quickly and I am happy with the service provided!

I sent a letter in an envelope to Portugal on 11-24-2020 at 13:30/35, but the problem was that no one gave me paper with the number of the letter. I am Portuguese and unfortunately I don't speak French well, I did everything to get the letter number but it seems that no one wants to help me. I have already called 3631, I have thought about it several times to receive the number because I had not received it the first time and now I am here, unable to do anything and without knowing where my letter is . I just wanted to talk to the person who helped me send the letter so I could know if it was sent or not, but no one wants to tell me the name of the employee ...

A crazy world at any time of the day to pick up a simple package. If only the letter carriers were ringing when delivering the registered mail / parcels we wouldn't have to come and wait. But unfortunately they prefer to leave us a calling card.
