Home very cold almost mocking especially the lady! !!!! (black skinned) limit we disturb them when we ask for information ... we wonder what they are still doing in these positions ...... I ask for information I was shouted at ..... !!!! Ashamed madam

Lack of obvious staff, why have dedicated counters to ultimately have only one queue ?! The counter "withdraw / send" should be a priority for this purpose it seems to me and in case there is no one to take people from the counter "open / manage your account". It is not normal to wait so long to remove a simple mail and deal with unpleasant agents. When you do a service job, you must know how to take on because we know that we will have more or less pleasant customers in a day. The nicest ones do not have to pay for the others ... Hoping that the quality and customer service will be improved soon.

Good overall, lots of people at certain times, but the staff are quick and friendly.
