Post Office Center Management Bags Postaux - C.g.s.p

I have 2 packages stolen in 1 week from them I recommend not at all during the holiday season or even during the release period (sneakers). By tracing the tracking of a parcel at the post office, we realize that from this sorting center the parcel is damaged.

I ordered an iPhone 12 from Fnac which went through this warehouse and obviously never received it. Another package stolen from this warehouse. Why is no action taken? How long will La Poste still close its eyes to these Colissimo practices? Scandalous.

An incompetent delivery man, unable to find my address in Paris which is far from being a lost place, my parcels and letters have always been correctly delivered and even if my building would not have been found why not drop my parcel in the nearest post office by sending me an internet notification? We pay for a delivery you are bound by an obligation of result when your service is unacceptable and I am not talking about customer service who only says that they can do nothing. Congratulations you have not deserved your bad reputation.

My first package was stolen in November 2019 (it is a very expensive and luxurious object) my second package was in puppet again before yesterday, I said to myself thin they are still flying for sure. There today I received my second package without any problem, it is a simple object, really not interesting. Infact, I understood: The deliverers search what is inside and if they are interested they steal and if they are not interested they deliver. LOL take care of yourself.
