La Poste

After waiting in line in front of the post office, I arrive at the counter. The employee barely greeted me, too busy sending voices and watching videos (with sound) on her phone. Personal conversations between the two employees at the counter ... In short: no professionalism, to believe that customers disturb them! Fortunately their colleague was pleasant (the star is for her).

The opening was to be done at 10am ... I decide like many people to wait 10min ... 3 min before the opening they put a note saying that it would open at 10:30 am ... flee this post there always has problems whether the staff really not friendly, the opening or the waiting really but then endless ... in short flee

I am very satisfied with this post office, the welcome and the professionalism of the team: Tapa, Fatou, Louisa, Jessica, Peggy, Sonia, and the whole team that I do not know. I have always been welcomed and well informed by the staff. And I see availability with customers. It's a shame, the comments are really not representative of what this Post is. In any case, I would like to thank the entire staff for always keeping their smiles and for listening to us despite the number of people waiting. 👍
