4th time I try to come at an hour when it is supposed to be "open" I have always found the door closed, it is deplorable.

Look at the pictures, on the left the opening hours, on the right a sheet of paper under plastic (because of the rain) indicating that the office is closed, the plastic attesting to the durability of the announcement!
