No queue when I went there. I needed 3 stamps, which they had in a drawer. There was a post box outside, which was very convenient too !

A disaster. Honestly, I've never seen this anywhere else. You will pick up 3 packages at the post office in Les Lilas, you are sure to leave with only two, see one, or no packages at all! Does the number tell you that it arrived in the mail? They can't find it. We send you for a walk because you understand, we can't find it, so the follow-up must say dumplings. Conversely, the tracking says that you have received the parcel, which is false, so you go to the post office to find out what the situation is, and we answer you: yes yes, the tracking says that we delivered the package to you. It's a catastrophe. In the end, the packages leave, get lost, and above all: do not count on the postman to bring you "really" the package, it will remain in the premises of the post office. Do not count on him either to put a note in the box to warn you that a parcel is waiting for you: otherwise, the paper will be non-nominative, will not contain any information. Basically, if the sender does not warn you that he sent you something by giving you the number: say goodbye to your package! One wonders where the packages go and above all, who is cramming at this point on the Lilasians.

Drop off a package for Canada taking advice from the receptionist in the office. At her request, we weighed the package, paid 61 euros, and returned to her. She made us stick the label and took charge of the package. 30 minutes later a phone call from the post office which told us that the customs documents of which we did not know existed and that the receptionist failed to speak to us were missing. Result NOTHING to do, the parcel having gone, supposedly unrecoverable, therefore 61 euros of postage and the contents of the parcel in nature. We are delighted with your services

Fast service even if there are people. I never had a reception problem. It is very practical to have a good time range. I find the other opinions very very exaggerated and not at all in the image of reality.
