Post Office

The worst post office I have seen in my life, the staff are as rude as they can be, the premises are dirty, the postmen are rude and unprofessional, the phone service never answers. A post office avoided

So much to pick up that it's funny. I go there sometimes just to suspend time.

Office very poorly managed from all points of view.

Parcel delivery: 0. They do not ring, and put as reason on the notice of passage "absent". Or "Non-approved letter box" While I have no calls in the absence of the intercom and I work at home !!! Response from an employee at the post office "But Madam, the postman will not follow you to the end of the world if you are not at home!" What bad faith !! "I just ask him to ring the bell when I'm home !!!" Didn't want to know anything. Are balaud, because with the measures of the covid, we would unclog their post office by not moving all of us systematically to pick up our packages. At the counter, it depends on: good or bad reception ... depending on the mood ... Make a change of address, they are not able. 10 years later, it's still the same. Making a change to a joint account and its postal address is impossible for them. But it is not better at the main post office at bd Rouget de Lisle. Where a very ... 'happy' (?) ... employee even allows herself to pat / pinch the cheek of a young client aged 14-15 who did not appreciate it at all !!!

Frankly pitiful worst bank I advise you to go to this bank when you have no problem everything is fine but when there is a problem you are bad. Throughout the week they have a sign that tells us that banking is impossible I do not understand, not to mention how to manage your customers and your tantrums 0 professionalism.
