Post Office

I put 1 star because I cannot put 0 ... Recently installed near the post office in Place du Général de Gaule in Montreuil, I have to leave a message concerning the HUGE theft concerns that take place within this post! Two days ago I went to my mailbox, waiting for a package, I saw that it was delivered on the due date. In a rush, I can not pick up the package immediately and tell myself that I will pick it up when returning from my shopping. The next day I go back to get my mail and to my surprise, my mailbox was completely emptied. It has been twice that I either haven't been delivered and my mail is gone forever or I have been stolen from my mailbox which is on private property. I find this lack of professionalism utterly disgusting and advise against being delivered into this position of thieves and incompetents.

Only thieves in this post !! I have had packages stolen that have never arrived several times, impossible to make a complaint, finally if, but there will never be positive outcomes, they protect their deliverers / thieves !!! If you live in the area, do everything to have it delivered to a relay point, it's bcp + safe!

Position never open on time. A real waste of time for users.

A horror. The worst job I know. No bump into it. Always the tail, staff not friendly and as usual just impossible schedules for working people.

CAUTION, sorting center located at this place made up of THIEVES. Living in Bagnolet, I receive my payslips and restaurant tickets by post. According to this post, it seems that there was a reorganization at the post office, it is now the sorting center in Montreuil which takes care of distributing the mail to Bagnolet. At the beginning of February I await my pay slip and my restaurant tickets which always arrive the first week of the month. Nothing, the second week either. I ask my company which indicates that I sent them at the end of last month. In the meantime I call 3631 to make a complaint, for which I am still waiting for the return ... A few days later still nothing, no restaurant tickets. My company sends me back new restaurant tickets which will also never arrive !!!!! So that I receive my other letters. For the month of March it is decided to send them to me by Registered mail. My company sends them to me at the end of February. Still nothing, no transit advice in my mailbox. I make a new complaint to 3631 or I am told after several minutes of palaver and without any sense that the mail is distributed in Montreuil and that it is located at 44 bd Rouget de Lisle 93100 MONTREUIL. This is the post office. I go there on March 04, 2020 and I am told that my mail is not there ..... On his tracker, the mail is indicated "Delayed distribution due to customer" I may tell him that no postman came to my house and there is no transit advice note in my BL, they cannot do anything for me .... I have to call 3631 and make a complaint. The sorting center is right behind them, but no they are not part of the same group so they can do nothing .... 510 euros of restaurant tickets stolen and I just have to accept. There is no doubt for me, they are thieves in addition to being incapable.
