Catastrophic delivery several days that it lasts. The parcel deliverer rings the bell and leaves immediately. I have to go and pick up the parcel in the street from the delivery man. So either the service is poor or there are not enough staff but do something. My mother would never be out in time to pick up her package!

If I believe the documentation in my possession, Ms. Martinez is my advisor to the Postal Bank and that is why I am trying to contact her on a matter that concerns me. Three times since Monday, Nov. 20 In vain. "Ms. Martinez is busy," her answering machine tells me. It becomes urgent. What to do ?

Post side: like all posts since privatization, there is not enough staff. The understaffing is burdensome for everyone, which the Post office saves in salary: you pay it in time (and employees pay it in health). Bank side: Some operations are not possible without an appointment with an advisor. If you are patient and available, you will get an appointment ... One day ... But not now, you understand: there are so many people ... Compared to the availability of any other bank, this is absolute misery: the methods of the private sector with the waiting time of a public administration ... The best of both worlds?

I wanted to make a Western Union, I was refused because I do not live in the city of Raincy. So if you don't live in Le Raincy, you won't be able to make a transaction. Courage to you for containment

I had a terrible care on Monday October 5th around 6:00 pm. I made the mistake of not coming with a power of attorney, I admit, to pick up my wife's package. But when the agent (woman between 30 and 40 with glasses) accuses me of wanting to fill out the power of attorney myself, I think she is going beyond her obligations. Is it also a police station or what? We have to sell stamps, inform people, give packages with an OK smile. This was my third time going there and it will be the last. Note: your post office is very well placed but be careful not to neglect the quality of customer service.
