I wish I could give them a "minus infinity" review and it's not even close how bad they are.

I'm waiting for my package over 3 weeks now and it hasn't move any further since it arrived to that hopeless place

Zero Stars! Absolutely the worst Customs office in the world! Avoid if at all possible. Lost my package worth over $500, and based on other reviews, I'm not the first person they have done this to. Based on the Priority Tracking number, this office has been sitting on my package for over a month without explanation. Now, I have to refund my customer $500 plus the $45 shipping charge. So, now, not only has this office lost my $500 item, I am also out $500+ to my customer who purchased from me (over $1,000 total loss for me). The sad thing is that they won't even post a phone number anywhere on the internet, in order to contact them about their incompetence. Corruption...Probably. Incompetent...Definitely! If my item is returned to me, undamaged, or is delivered to my customer properly, I will remove this negative review. The item was recieved by the Chilly-mazarin customs office, and supposedly cleared customs on 14 August 2018. It is now 20 September 2018. I'm not holding my breath.
