What can we say about this post it melts us hard dehort good normal with the covid except keel let the person keel spineless first.! Impossible to know where my parcel is and not even to know when I will receive it while on the email clearly specifying that its should be 1 week already keel should have arrived.! We must clearly fend for ourselves nothing is going well in this position! I but 1 star because one and oblige if one wants to put an opinion but clearly it does not deserve it.

Catastrophic. 3 MISSED RETURN MAIL. No one to give you any training idea! For a public service a shame

I had a colissimo delivered to the ULIS post office. It did arrive but I did not have a warning warning me. So I went to the post office. The clerk was unable to tell me where my package was. I went to the Courtaboeuf office. The person who received me told me that my package had been delivered to the town hall of, Ulis. So, impossible to get it back. Faded away. For a complaint, I am told to dial 3631. We come across an answering machine .. Thank you for the post.

Ineligible! I put a star because I couldn't zero it. This week I had to go to the Ulis post office in the afternoon because the Orsay post office only opens in the morning and it's just not possible to pass because the line is so long. The Ulis post office opens at 2 p.m., I arrive with my 2 children at 2:30 p.m., there were already 50 people waiting around the square! At first people were disciplined, but the wait and the heat made people try to overtake, it was really nonsense. I was able to get into the post office at 4 p.m. (yes, 1.5 hours of waiting in the sun to post 3 letters!). Despite the presence of a young man who was doing the regulation and obviously trying to get things done, the attendants looked overwhelmed and did not know where to turn. Mine barely looked at my letters, told me "you need 2 stamps" without weighing them and left me there, without showing that the letters should be posted outside since all those inside are condemned, that , we have to guess. When I got home, my daughter felt bad and started to have small pimples all over her body: even if she was in the shade as much as possible, she caught sunstroke by waiting in line! In short, the post office is a disaster right now, all the more so now that people cannot move and therefore have to send more letters and parcels. They have a public service obligation, but it seems to be the last of their concerns. From now on I will do without their services as much as possible, and they should not complain if the customers go elsewhere.
