Restricted hours, random opening, outdated display ... Closes 5 to 10 minutes before the hour. One of the few administrative services in the town, unfortunately not the best. Luckily the staff are friendly (when they are there).

3 people allowed inside due to covid. We stay planted outside until a red door indicator turns green ... guaranteed atmosphere. Posters plastered everywhere: various prohibitions and obligations. In short, not all that very pleasant.
