Post Office

Few people, efficient machines, everything is clean, clear, well indicated. Really very friendly welcome. Helpful and kind lady.

I will look for a package with only the order number because the post office neither put an acknowledgment of receipt in my box, nor sent me an email to tell me that my package had arrived and the woman at the reception did not want give it to me when I had my identity document because she did not "want to search" when there were only ten packages in the box and that finally by dint of insisting I learned that I was the only ZALANDO package so no need to look especially since I was alone in the post office so blinded by the bureaucracy totally inefficient and extremely unpleasant I understand why this post is so badly known!

So this post is the very symbol of abandoned public service, first of all it is a permanent headache to know the opening hours, no need to rely on information on the internet and for 15 years that I ' lives in the neighborhood it changes regularly and therefore 2 out of 3 times it is closed, and when you work during office hours it's hell to pick up a package, after that you are surprised by the development of Amazon!

For over 11 years I have been a private seller on the internet with more than 5,000 sales, so I ship orders every day and I know practically all the posts in Nancy and its surroundings as well as their operation, today I do not not know what could have gone on in my head but I went to the post office rue des jardiniers to change and to drop parcels there, it was a very bad idea, the staff who welcomed me if I can speak a welcome was very rude, rude and verbally aggressive but as I usually do not let myself go and that we are in France, I have my freedom of expression, it displeased them and the situation is a little bit angry, I was provoked on different points then threatened by telling me that I was recorded with the camera to try to impress myself with what and who we wonder, that's how they treat customers but like the lady said, it doesn't work with her,. .... with me no longer I remain a customer but no longer in this post ...... I then left with my parcels to drop them off in another post because I was asked to do so badly but in any case I was planning to leave on my own, in short this post will remain my worst experience, it would be necessary to change profession and go planted with tomatoes! and if you have the opportunity to read my message madam, know that there is no nonsense and that i make fun of it even more than you!
