Post Office

My comments are not based on a single experience, whether positive or negative, and I take a step back before measuring them, the post office is often wrongly criticized in my opinion, I explain to myself the people who leave opinions do not take not the step back necessary for the situation and is based only on a precise moment, whereas it is an overall opinion that we want. I withdraw 1 star for the schedule because unfortunately people who work have difficulty in being able to '' to go there, I withdraw 1 other star for the withdrawal / deposit interface, to deposit a check for example I have trouble using the machine and no one comes to help me spontaneously, I put 1 star for congratulate the staff who are always polite, smiling and professional despite the corona crisis and the bad mood of people in general (I speak in a global way I recall), I put 1 star for the respect of the post concerning the gesture barrier and finally I puts a star for the mail and parcel service of the po ste because we must not forget that the post office delivers and puts the mail daily at our place, even if I had a dozen problems on mail or parcels I do not forget that the post office has delivered and deposited several hundred perfectly without concern of which if made a ratio on 100% the post office will be at 95% of deposit of parcel / mail carried out perfectly. Well ... if the people who work in this position are in a bad mood or tired, the customer should not be made to feel it! BASIC PRINCIPLE Nobody at the bank point bitter and visibly in a bad mood ... It is unacceptable that someone should look down on you, being myself a trader I was outraged by their behavior!

Impossible to put 0, it's a shame! My package arrives March 12 at the post office, I move on the 16th to collect it. I am informed that only urgent operations (withdrawals, transfers ...) are carried out. Given the sanitary conditions, I understand and do not insist. But surprise when the 28th I consult my package tracking and note that it is returned exactly 15 days after arrival. INCONCEIVABLE, INADMISSIBLE and SHAMEFUL when the distribution at the post office was not assured! During my trip, I was not informed of the date on which I could collect my package. While travel is limited and the package is not delivered, La Poste does not show any flexibility in managing deadlines. The staff is still as incompetent, the few rare missions still assigned to the Post should finally be entrusted to other providers a little more concerned with the quality of service and respect for the customer!

Good reception, Professional, friendly counselors come to us directly to ask if we need help. Very fast. I have been going there regularly for years I have never had any problem. Only drawback: Hard to find a parking space.

Arrival at 4 p.m., hall full of people, only one person at the counter who opens an account (why do it at the counter, lack of discretion, there are offices for that), through the window of an office a consultant does phoning when she could very well help her colleague to unclog the queue which is patient and impatient ... finally left at 4:30 p.m. for a package to recover ... lamentable 👎 zero service pointed, organization to review
