Post Office

If I could put less than a star I would have. I'm sick of getting traffic announcements telling me I was away while I am telecommuting and not moving from my house. When it is registered that we can reschedule a delivery and that the information entered is the correct, oddly problem with the site, we cannot reschedule a delivery. This is not the first time that this has happened to me and it is tiring to have to travel while paying delivery charges that are returned to you. To pay for a non-existent service, what a pity, a service which becomes aberrant.

Saturday I was waiting for a parcel, the delivery man from the post office rings at 8:00 am, I go down my 2 floors ... arrived at the bottom, the delivery man had already left, leaving an "absent" notice !!! and qd I see the other comments I have the impression that it is a habit !!! and when I go to complain to the post office I am told "but we must not be absent !!!!!"

There is clearly a lack of professionalism on the part of the deliveryman who is often content to simply deposit on the floor of the entrance of my building, the mail of the tenants. Everyone must then manage to get his mail on the ground hoping that it has not been trampled (great for postcards and parcels) I also saw a package ajar, which does not reassure me for my next deliveries.

the delivery man colissimo does not like to bother coming to my place (it is true that a path of 50m on foot it is not easy !!) suddenly the packages are automatically put in the post, without notice passage: in the end it is 2 more days of waiting, the obligation to move to schedules not at all suitable for people who work, and all at the high price of a colissimo !! notice during the confinement he had no choice but to come, suddenly he blew me the lock of the mailbox leaving his key in it ... and remember that he did not use the bell to prevent and apologize !! so finally .... long live Mondial Relay !!!! (and don't be surprised when you run out of jobs for lack of customers!)

Not only are the opening hours so limited that to go there you have to ask for a day off, but also when you go it is better to have the time pcq we left to wait standing for 40 minutes. I put a star but it is good pcq it is not possible to put 0.
