Post Office

Purely shameful delivery service, the delivery man did not even bother to go to my entrance to deliver the thing when everything was indicated, or even bother to call me when I had to take leave this day the bus "Delivery before 10 p.m." so that the guy shows up at 7 p.m. not too lazy to do his job. I, a delivery man, find it shameful not to even call the customer

a scandal, lamentable staff lacking civility and good manners, refusing to deliver a registered letter (certainly without a family booklet but with all other supporting documents !!!!). So I took my mail and the lady tore my arm off !!!!!! NEVER SEEN! how can you work like that, with aggression and threats from incompetent staff (a very young lady at the dispatch service and her colleague at the bank counter) incredible !! to believe that it is trying to exercise their only power that of being able to deliver a mail (which must certainly contain money that belongs to them to be so virulent and prevent the customer IN RIGHT to recover his mail)

I come with my ID signed and send it from my companion on messenger. She tells me it may be a doctored photo. I say "but madam you have my identity document which justifies who comes to collect the AR" She said to me "the photos are faked" "Nah, but madam is his signature at the bottom of the AR authorizing me to recover it" I worked as a parcel relay, we always accepted the photos to recover the packages, we recorded the identity card number of the person who recovered !!! Frankly .... strongly a real competition for the post office we will see if they remain as unpleasant

The female staff at this post are very rude as they can be. Real cartoons worthy of a comedian except that they do not make you laugh
