Recommended lost, dial 3631, voice server that does not work, not to mention the friendliness of the person on the phone !!!! What a mentality !! If you don't have the answer, at least be kind Mrs.!

Email received from a parcel delivery on such and such a date and in the end with this sorting center it was delayed, I worried for a while about my parcel when you promise dates by email make sure you work hard to respect these dates

Parcel blocked in this center since July 28, 2020, more than 20 calls without someone picking up. The responsibility for this center should be entrusted to a competent person in order to put it in order and raise this catastrophic note which shows a deep I-don't care.
