Still waiting for a letter followed by a big value sent since 30/10/2019. After a routing error more news !! 🤔 A claim has been made on their site, but so far no response. It has been several times that happens with parcels distributed everywhere except at my address. Given the increases in its services, this situation is unforgivable. It's time to review your organization! 🤬😠 I intend to go to their sort to return some offices ☠️. Totally zero !!

Office open 25h / week, it does not even open on Saturdays because of under-strength. However he remains the counselor but he assures me that he is not trained to give me a package when it is not true, I was assured in another office that he just did not want. It's so complicated to manage a small provincial office to give 3h parcel on a Saturday? So hard to get a package for people in the working life :) The post office, undoubtedly the best French public service.
