Friendliness and respect are not required here. Not a hello. It feels like doing them well. A hello is free and avoid that there are customers, gentlemen ladies to talk about your worries of working hours and your dissatisfaction we do not care. And also the closing is 12h00 not 11h50 as he arrived there is little. A little visit from above would be necessary
