First visit in October to pick up a package, the person at the reception was very rude to me and spoke to me very badly because I did not have an identity card, however I had my passport which constitutes therefore an identity document. Subsequently I returned there to drop mail and frank it and no one was able to answer my question about the franking of my mail, I understand that the situation can complicate their work, but there is a minimum of professionalism to have especially on basic tasks.

What is the point of doing a Colissimo if you are not able to follow up correctly. Parcel delivered according to your say but the person still has not received anything. Unpleasant reception whether on the phone or in the office. No response, maybe in 3 weeks great for an advent calendar. And you dare to advertise on social links. Ineligible

I go to this office several times a week Waiting outside at times everything depends on the moment (avoid Thursday at the opening 2:30 p.m.) because of the covid measures two queues 1 for the post office 1 for the post office bank it suffices to read the signs at the entrance of the line as in an amusement park 1 priority access pro and disabled person just report this to the security guard I was well received, I think the staff are doing their best despite the unfriendliness of certain client as I have seen. In any case, they were open during the confinement unlike many others. When I read some reviews I think you have to sweep your door before you criticize.

Amateurs remain amateurs! Friday, November 27, 2020 at 10 a.m.: I went to this post office to pick up my registered mail. At the entrance 5 people, employees, interns and a person who distributes promotional flyers. So, I show my transit advice note to collect my mail, the employee "in training" since she had this badge takes charge of me, she asks me CNI I therefore show her my CNI in dematerialized version she invites me to the follow at the counter to collect my mail until then everything is fine. When I left I was called by two employees who told me that they did not take the dematerialized parts, good OK, I had my document on me. loss which is authentic, I invite them to look at it ... In short, once again I went to this post office and once again they know I was being made fun of with derogatory remarks when it is the employees who do not have not done their work properly, it is starting to do well !!!
