Parcel lost and no information (however on the tracing, it is indicated to withdraw in this post office), one makes me understand that it is like that and one returns my papers to me by saying: "Goodbye, .. . " We pay quite a bit for the transport costs but no checks at your place ... Normal that during the holidays so many parcels disappear ....

Closes 2 hours in the middle of the day, slow staff despite the number of people waiting (recurring). Also, I am told that a package is available at this post office, but they tell me they don't have it (although it is marked in their system).
