There is nothing worse than the postal bank .. I sent 2 termination letters by paying and they don't want to terminate my account instead they withdraw money from me without authorization .. to be banned!

Lack of staff, the few who are present are at best taciturn, at worst jemennfoutistes ... How sad for a city center agency.

Completely incompetent, unable to help a customer send Colissimo abroad. After spending 1/2 hour alone at the terminal to try to send my Parcel - the Staff preferred to discuss together instead of helping me - I turned to the Onnaing Office where my shipment took 5 minutes , thank you for the warm and competent welcome.

Very bad bank I strongly advise against. And the postal services leave much to be desired ...

Worst postal service ever seen! In January, a receptionist allowed herself to scold my son three times because he touched the balls of their tree (without breaking or dropping anything). She dared to point the finger at him and yell at him. my presence. I would point out that my son was just drawn to the color and did absolutely nothing damage. I am outraged by this lady's lack of professionalism. She seemed unhappy when I asked her to stop reprimanding my son and took the liberty of inviting me to educate him better. My son is two years old. I would add to that that she is hollering through the post office to address people. Since then I no longer go there and prefer to go to more civilized post offices where we are greeted by real professionals and not badly polished fish merchants.
