Wellness Center La Chrysalide

Very good center! Both for training and for care! Very human! Recommended!

No hygiene establishment to escape. The spa had been malfunctioning for several weeks when we came (we would have liked to have been informed of this when making an appointment), no mask to be worn at reception. The staff wear outfits coming from outside and far from being "clean", how can we take care of others without having personal hygiene? The cleaning is very basic (non-disinfected loan slides, no hydrolcoholic gel available ... Dust and dirt present in every corner and so on ....) I am used to frequenting wellness centers or thermal baths, I do not recommend this establishment. We did not do our 2 hours of Spa, and were reimbursed. And before leaving we were kindly asked to put our loan slippers back in the "clean shoes" crates even though we had been wearing them for 15min already .... each one has their own definition of hygiene, personally this does not correspond to what I expect from an establishment open to the public, COVID period or not.

It's been several months since I frequent this place regularly and each time allows me to relax. I love the relaxing environment, close to nature, as well as the treatments on offer. I like to walk with colors and light, I do not know other similar places and I easily make the trip from Toulouse to go! Recently, I tested the cure of 5 days and considering the effect that it had on me, I recommend it warmly!

The Chrysalide is a very pleasant center of well being with a competent and attentive team. I go back regularly and each time the pleasure is the same. It's a place to recharge and I highly recommend it.
