Weird to note 1 🌟 without justifying ... It is true that one can be annoyed when one finds curtain lowered. There are schedules that are modeled on those of the town hall and for good reason ... it is a municipal service. The charming postman? It is a volunteer municipal staff not a postal employee. Thanks to these volunteers who bring public services closer to the inhabitants.
