Very lazy staff and not helpful!

If you want to experience the worst in French customer service, look no further than La Poste. Complete with rude, arrogant, lazy, and disrespectful staff, the "spit in your face whilst taking your money" French business stereotype is alive and well here. Peak hour is manned by 2 staff - one to work as slowly as possible, the other to get paid to browse Facebook and stare at customers with loathe. Placing "fragile" and "this way up" warnings and stickers on your parcels is a bit pointless because the employees seem to be illiterate or legally blind, or both. The place does have its merits though - it's a great place to send your mother in law.

There is a printer.

Slow, unmotivated and unresponsive team. It might if he was just doing their job, but their privacy seemed to matter more than the clients. After 18 minutes of waiting for a blank registered mail I decided not to pick it up here. I wouldn't go to this La Poste anymore.

Ha the Cachan post office .... I do not know if there is a brain or a manager worthy of the name in this establishment because it is a mess with no name. The staff are unprofessional, non-chalant, demotivated, slow, ... (100% of Marie-Thérèse) In short, a real nightmare and suddenly a real decline in public service! If you need nothing and want to waste your time in an endless line, go to the Cachan post office on rue Camille Desmoulins!
