A friendly and responsive team at the counter. On the other hand, some bank advisers are dishonest with the elderly and fragile by offering them to subscribe to life insurance without mentioning to them precisely all the costs that this can generate. A RAR letter was sent on this subject to the management of this bank. Honesty should be shown to vulnerable audiences.

Colissimo works VERY BAD in Fresnes. Too bad, considering the price we pay!

I am not a regular, 3/4 per year max. But I was very satisfied each time with the friendliness and professionalism: from a check delivery to the sending of an AR and lately access to my space at the post office bank, everything went super smoothly. Congratulations to the whole team.

Our post office is always closed between 12h and 14h which is not at all understandable. In addition I am forced to move there due to a package whose address would be incomplete while it has been completed. A waste of time ! I returned to the post office the same day and the only solution offered to me is to collect my package directly from the distribution center in Rungis. A scandal for a La Poste service!

We receive our mails very slowly, even the tracked mails are not flashing
