J'avais un courrier important à envoyer. Par sécurité, j'ai payé l'option de suivi, pour m'assurer qu'il était bien arrivé. Et j'ai bien fait : il n'a jamais quitté le bureau de poste, il a été perdu dès le départ. Quel manque de sérieux et de professionnalisme.

The letter carriers do not move upstairs for the recommended even if the people are present at their home. We try to call them and no one on the phone!
