No one, to avoid completely, for parcels it is much more expensive than Mondial Relay or other carriers, not faster, and in addition you waste your time waiting and it is you who work. ... Deposit possible at Mondial Relay MyAuchan rue Boucicaut .. The post office staff are friendly ...

I purchased the La Poste re-shipment solution, but they lost the registered letter with my driver's license sent during the term of the contract. I contacted customer service to find this letter, they asked for the letter tracking number that I never received and rejected my refund request. You should not trust their reshipment service.

So far I haven't encountered any problem, a bit of a queue and don't ship all types of packages (it's more disturbing).

The staff is nice but the seriousness of the factors is to be reviewed for some. Unfortunately, I had several problems with parcel delivery. Once the package had been delivered to my neighbor's mailbox. And this month I was waiting for a package that would have supposedly been delivered to my mailbox on Monday 2/03 except that I never received anything. The post has now outsourced its customer service abroad and despite my complaints they do not help me, stating that the package has been delivered to the mailbox. Obviously the word of the postman seems incontestable.
