Parcel in the post since the end of October, no transit advice note, parcel returned back. Thank you post, pitiful. Staff unfriendly to think that having a job sucks. In short, strongly that you are replaced by Poles.

ALL of the packages we ordered have not been systematically delivered and I insist on SYSTEMICALLY. Preferred delivery men leave a calling card rather than doing their jobs. They should have been called postman and not deliveryman in this case. Especially when you pay for colissimo, a service that is not provided. Theft

Unpleasant and I only do Colissimo orders. And they don't screw up putting the coli in the letterbox. It's been 2 and a half months since I settled in and placed 5 orders, and each time it is delivered in a different letterbox. One wonders if the delivery staff can actually read or if it is just out of fenientise. After a while if you're not happy with your job change jobs and make way for people who want to work.

Customer service mixed in its entirety .... Normally there can be some disappointments but since the current health crisis it has become deplorable. Excluding the wait of more than 20 min outside to collect a package, you can hear yourself saying that it is in the agency but that "we have not been able to find it yet".
