Please note that there are two places in the same post office to collect a parcel, chronopost parcels are to be collected in the one which closes every day at 2 p.m.! And of course you only learn it by coming on site, it's really practical and well thought out! With that, the post office will not have to complain that parcels are piling up, especially during the holiday season. I do not understand why the packages are not all managed in the same place, especially since it is the same building, and why there is no staff scheduled in the afternoon, it is insane! The organization is to be reviewed. I still put two stars because the lady at the counter was friendly and welcoming, and has no influence on this strange organization anyway.
