A team that does not know its job, my father wanted to collect my package (we have the same name) as authorized on the confirmation email I received, the person at the reception (blonde with glasses) did never wanted to give it to him. The post office which should make this available does not and it is up to us to change our working hours to be able to pick up a simple package.
