I am perplexed with regard to the receipt of certain packages, especially during Christmas time ... the first year I spent at Clamart I hadn't said anything, telling myself that it is human error, but that's starting to mean a lot! Between a lost package, not delivered to the letterbox and postponed deadlines, and now a package that I find torn in my letterbox. I am very unhappy! Notice to people living in Clamart center, pay attention to your parcels during Christmas period ...

Catastrophic! Incompetent staff at best. Let's not talk about the completely non-existent package management

I made a registered letter on a Tuesday morning when I opened, then I put my registered letter in the box that was dedicated to it. 2 days later I do not receive still not the email of proof of deposit, I decide to return there. My letter had not moved .. it was still in its box, the staff did not open it for 2 days ....... imagine when your registered letter is a very important document ..
